I updated to the latest revision just now and tried the same Washington
Post article page again. Now the down arrow key gets stuck in the
breadcrumb navigation on "Outlook". It doesn't cycle back up. Here's the
link again for referenc, in case anyone can reproduce this behaviour:

I don't know what revision of Orca i've got, but it's the very latest one where Joanie put in a fix
for exactly this problem which seems to have solved the goofy looping problem at least for
