Is this the first time you use Firefox?
If so, firstly press the F7 key. You will get a dialog asking you if you want to place a cursor in
the web page. Tab to the "yes" button and press space on it.
Now hit Orca modifier key+f12, (the orca modifier key is numeric insert on desktops, i forgot
what it is on laptops) Now Orca should announce "Orca is controling the cursor".
Try moving around now and see if this is working for you. There are some cases where you
have to tab once to get into the page itself and be able to move around. I don't know for
certain why, and i can't say on which pages you have to do it and on which pages you don't
have to do it.
Hope this helps.
