Hello Krishnakant,
change to the directory you want to have the Orca subdirectory placed
and then do:
svn co http://svn.gnome.org/svn/orca/trunk orca
If your internet connection is right, you shold get something like:
"checked out revision xxxx"
where the "x" stands for the latest revision of Orca.
