Re: orca 0.2.4 compiles, but no more

After a reboot, I logged in as user willem.
Then I ran orca -t
with the described result.
Under a second terminal, (X not running),
I ran ps -elf as requested and get two gnome-speech synthesys drivers as 
expected, one for speech-dispatcher and one for Festival.
There is also just the orca -t running when I check for that.
IE. no other processes containing orca.
If it helps any, when it says "Welcome to Orca setup", it does it in the 
voice that used to be sellected.  That is the speech-dispatcher driver's 
voice.
