Which brings me back to a question I've never had an answer to - why does NM 
_always_ report: 
<information>^IDHCP returned name servers but system has disabled dynamic 
modification! 

Yet /etc/resolv.conf is always updated as it should be.  The message is at 
best misleading, and quite possibly just wrong.
