Onur Can Cakmak contributed Gnome Translations alot. He translated a
great deal of applications. He has also started Gnome Turkey QA works on
Turkish Translations. Moreover he organizes quarterly meetings of Gnome
Turkey and he hosts Gnome Turkey web page on his server. He contributed
Gnome Turkey efforts in variety of ways. He's still maintaining our web
page. To sum up, he definatelly deserves Gnome Foundation Membership. 

However Seha Islam is not as much active as Onur Can Cakmak. Seha made
Gnome Turkey logo and translated just one application. I personally
don't think he had accomplished a non-trivial contribution yet.
