By the way, is the 3.13.3 MSI an official release? On the meld
homepage there is still 3.12.3 linked, but I was able to download the
3.13.3 MSI by simply changing the version number in the download URL:
https://download.gnome.org/binaries/win32/meld/3.13/Meld-3.13.3-win32.msi
It *is* an official release, but because the 3.13.x series is the
unstable series, I haven't updated the link to point to it. I included
the link in the release email, but at the moment that's it; see my
reply to Keegan for more details. As soon as I release 3.14 (within a
week or two, if nothing goes horribly wrong) I'll link in the new MSI.
