This doesn't sound right, I'll follow up with TC and Sri in private to
double check what's going on here.

Can you send an update here if there's a different resolution to RE: speaker travel funding? I'd like to be able to tell potential speakers that we're covering travel. I think the difference between LAS and GUADEC is that LAS doesn't have a line item in the budget (there isn't one in the Foundation budget or the LAS budget) for travel, and that's why we got that answer.
