I'm all for sponsoring speaker travel first. If we need to sponsor speakers to get them there, that's a higher priority than having press as otherwise there would be nothing for the press to cover.

So Swapnil Bhatiya asked me if there was a possibility of travel funding for LAS.  He was interested in attending.  I'm personally for this.  If we want to expand we really need press participation and Swap is one of the best out there.  He knows how to capture an idea and write about it.  I would like to see if we could fundraise money for him to come to the event.
