Your event date is fast approaching and it's time to wrap up some final details! Please coordinate with your caterer to confirm a date for your
Final One Hour Walk-through Meeting, approximately 30 days before your event date. Please note that your caterer, day of coordinator, as well as any other vendors you would like to join must be in attendance at this meeting.
We are available for a walk through at the following times:
- July 23rd anytime
- July 24 at 10:00 a.m. or after 3:30 p.m.
- July 25 anytime after 2:30
- July 26 at 4:00
- July 27 anytime except 2:30-3:30
- July 30 anytime
- July 31 anytime before 5:00 p.m.
- August 1 at 10:00 or after 2:30
- August 2 anytime after 2:30
