Will you create merge requests, merge yourself, or do you want me to do it?

I can't do much on cairomm. I have no write permission there.

The mentioned branches should be ready now; I also opened two issues on cairomm for the master and cairomm-1-14 branches for the transition to NMake, as I had trouble pushing to my own branch there.

(glibmm-2-56.nmake, atkmm-2-24.nmake, pangomm-2-40.nmake and one for the

libsigc++-2.10 branch)? Are they ready to be merged?
