I ran a make distclean, and then ensured that I had the path's set up to use the appropriate pkg-config paths, and so that it would find MinGW's bin first. I re-ran configure like you suggested and ran into the same problem: D:/cygwin/bin/sh.exe ../../libtool --mode=link g++ -march=pentium -g -O2 -Wall -mms-bitfields -o generate_extra_defs.exe generate_defs_gtkglext.o -LC:/Dev- Cpp/lib -Lc:/dev-cpp/lib -Lc:/dev-cpp//lib -lgtkglext-win32-1.0 -lgdkglext-win32 -1.0 -lglu32 -lopengl32 -luser32 -lkernel32 -lgtkmm-2.4 -lgdkmm-2.4 -latkmm-1.6 -lgtk-win32-2.0 -lpangomm-1.4 -lglibmm-2.4 -lsigc-2.0 -lgdk-win32-2.0 -latk-1.0 -lgdk_pixbuf-2.0 -lpangowin32-1.0 -lgdi32 -lpango-1.0 -lgobject-2.0 -lgmodule-2. 0 -lglib-2.0 -lstdc++ -lglibmm_generate_extra_defs-2.4 mkdir .libs libtool: link: cannot find the library `/usr/lib/libgobject-2.0.la' Here is the config.log again. I'm still at a loss. Lakin
