ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/binaries/win32/glib/2.10/
In general, ftp.gnome.org is a much better place to look for Win32
binaries (or sources) for the GTK+ stack than ftp.gtk.org. ftp.gtk.org
has had (or continues to have) disk space issues.
