mark in English text. I don't know what symbol is preferred in Chinese.

if you believe it is incorrect.

Neither did I know what symbol is preferred or is really needed in
Chinese.  I can now see the Chinese translation imitate English
inverted commas where there are double quotation marks inside strings.
I think the more common in publication (here in Hong Kong) is the
pair「」U+300C U+300D, not sure for PRC or Taiwan. At any rate, all
should be intelligible.
