Selection of Times Series Plugin is not Persistent

I am using Gnumeric 1.9.12 on Vista-64. I am using the interpolation function
in the time series plugin. Every time I restart Gnumeric I have to
reactivate the time series plugin. How can I make the inclusion of the time
series plugin persist and be available when I start Gnumeric?
