OK, after updating to the "GnomeHide" RPM I now have a chart guru in
my Gnumeric. Almost nothing works, it's certainly not possible to
complete the Guru and actually create a chart, a typical set of errors
look like:
Is it really this hard? I was honestly expecting that Gnumeric 1.0 would
mark a place where I could tell users to try Gnumeric instead of Excel,
but the lack of charts makes that seem impossibly distant.
It is not difficult. I have no idea what is going on with the
various rpm packagings. This has worked when built from source
since September. It has worked via the debian packages for a few
months too. Can someone please figure out what is going on with the
rpms and feed the required fixes back to the packagers ?
