Its not a bug.  Its just not implemented :-)

In 1.1.13 I did a bit of work to improve the label object so that
XL95 import is usable and the object does a few things.

Jody:
        * Make the label object more useful

However, we still lack property boxes and edit capabilities for it.
I am trying _not_ to write those in the hope that either
    1) a gnome office library springs up around dia or sodipodi to
       hold all the objects
    2) A new developer looking for a nice manageable project does
       the work.

1.1.13 will be out today or tommorow.
