If you are in a DMZ, I guess not.

You have two possibilities :
1) Using STUN, you will have to determine why it doesn't work
2) Use IP Translation, in that case, all the traffic has to arrive on
your machine by default. You can achieve this by forwarding all the UDP
ports and RTP ports mentioned in gconf-editor.
