I thing that we can use LinguaPlone default feature: By default it use
browser http language negotiation and you can decide to look at the page
on one selected language using a variable.
http://www.gnome.org/about <- you obtain the page on the browser language
http://www.gnome.org/about?set_language=ca <- you obtain the page in
catalan.
If it does not exist translated in catalan will apear one page saying
that it does not exist in that language and you can choose the language
availables for that page.
It's important to maintain the portal as simple as possible and not to
develop as many things as possible to maintain an easy upgrading.
