Plone never uses JS outside the head tag anyway, which should minimize
this (we've never had problems with it, at least - and Plone serves XHTML
as text/html by default, and has done so for the last five years of
browser development).
To reiterate, we have never, ever had any problems resulting from this,
whether it's considered technically "wrong" or not.
