Anjuta Git Plugin Week 3

This week I finished the log filtering stuff and committed it to my
repository. Everything, from author and grep filtering to date filtering
and commit ranges works well. With this interface I'm able to tell you
such things as exactly what I finished since the start of coding, and
how many times I've merged from Anjuta SVN since then (6 times to be
exact.) 

I'm also working on bisecting functionality and I hope to be done with
that today or tomorrow. As a semi-related side note I also moved my
plugin off of GnomeVFS and to GIO as we just started requiring GLib 2.16
on Friday. 

Throughout this week and next week I'll be working on ignoring files and
remote branch handling.
