Same for me. I really like the dynamic workspaces feature and having
the currently active workspace larger and more focused. I would just
like to have the expose-feature on workspace-thumbnails reimplemented
to make them

* showing what windows are on the workspace - not just the one that is
currently on top
* keep the thumbnail fixed no matter what window was last focused.
* make direct switching to windows on other workspaces possible

Of course, this makes much more sense if
native-window-placement-Exposé is used. The thumbnail looks much more
unique than the grid of grid-exposé. Every grid looks like a grid ;-)
