I dont know whether there will be fosscon 2004 or not
or may be other conference.

on 2002, there are national opensource conference organised by UPSI & MIMOS
UPSI ia a local univ, and MIMOS is gov agency.
for 2003, MIMOS and UPSI both organized  own conference.
MIMOS with fosscon  & UPSI with "Opensource school" conference
maybe due to sars and misscommunication.



I Attended both conference. and i found that both is not big enough.
I really wish to see both UPSI and MIMOS join together and organize
bigest opensource conference ever in Malaysia on 2004.
and GNOMEize it :)

now, I"m tryong to lobby both side to organize join ventured conference.
