The best example is the CD-Writer selection.

Hi Bastien, you left gnome cd master out ;)
http://cdrdao.sourceforge.net/gcdmaster/screenshots/cd_to_cd.png
The reason that "Bus, Id and Lun" are still there is that I was waiting
for the gnome2 port to remove them, because I'm changing other parts of
UI too.
"Vendor and Model" should be a simple "Device" or "Burners", so that I
can remove the frame around the table.
So you end with a simple:
+-------------------------------------------------------------------+
| Readers (or Burners) | Status |
+------------------------------------------------+-----------------+
| Yamaha CRW8824E | No disk |
| Asus CD-S500/A | Ready |
+------------------------------------------------+-----------------+
I just prefer a list (which will almost never get too large), because
you get more information.
Anyway, I don't expect gnome cd master to be include in gnome-media, as
it depens on gtkmm (and cdrdao).
Perhaps someday the Development platform will include full C++ support.
We will see.
