I think the time has come to also take mico support out of the panel, 
a whole bunch of fixes went into the orbit version of applet-lib, that
didn't go into the mico one .. and I don't care for trying to put those
there ... the mico support didn't really even compile for a while now
and nobody complained, since everyone is using orbit

it would definately make both source and makefiles nicer if we got rid of
mico completely
