Today I verified on build.gnome.org that the builds started working again.
Since the major issue is solved, I will slow down and I will take my 
time to figure out what is wrong with all this files before I start 
working on new files.

Those tags slipped my review. For this release I was trying to do too 
much, too fast.
Including the new report of baobab issues, all problematic files are the 
ones that I used CAT techniques on Spanish files. The first file I used 
this workflow was in the huge GNOME User Documentation 
<https://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/gnome-user-docs/master/gnome-help/pt> 
and it worked well. gnome-system-monitor  manual is also compiling fine. 
Regardless of this, all the manual files need further review work.

I am the one that has to apologize Never meant for anyone to lose time. 
Even less, if it is fixing my things.
When I asked if someone had any ideas, it was because the files looked 
good to me, passed the usual po file tests and this issues might have 
happened in the past for other languages.

PS - Bogus means fake. Probably it is not the word you meant to use on 
this situation.
