"az_AZ" is the only Azeri locale existing so far ("az_IR" has yet

That being said, I think a change would be nowadays much more
transparent to the user than, say, 5 years ago; as nowadays much
of such details are correctly handled by the distributions, and people
usually don't need to manually define those variables.
(and if they do (I do ;-) ), they usually know what they are doing)
