Exactly. "The freeze has already been broken so let's break it some
more" very quickly gets out of hand. Often immediately out of hand --
when people assume that the freeze is not worth respecting because of
the fact that there has already been many breakages by others, it only
gets worse. And worse. And so on.
That's why we really need to be pedantic about freezes.

It's not just developers. Translators seem to need education as well on
what string freeze is, and why we have them.
