https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=767763 applies cleanly to a 
fresh clone of gimp-help.

gitg is happy.

The xml file validates.

The resulting html page (shown here: 
http://ninedegreesbelow.com/files/desaturate/8-18-desaturate.html) looks 
good.

Is there any reason why I shouldn't (try to) push this patch?

I've been working on this patch for four days now and I'd like to finish 
the project.
