[gedit-list] Gedit Quick Language Selector plugin

Hello, here is a first shot of a Gedit Quick Language Selector plugin.
All it does is putting a dropdown list of often-used languages in the
status bar of gedit so you can select one in two clicks. Those
languages are of course configurable.

Try it and tell me what you think about it !

There is no proper release yet but still, here is where you can find
