That's probably related to the fix for Bug 741883[0] which landed on 
master a little while back. It should have been migrated automatically 
for you though.

Can you do an `ls -d ~/.config/geary/* ~/.local/share/geary/*`, redact 
any personal info from the output such that the same email addresses 
are redacted in the same way, and post it here?
