I've booted since the last crash so that might have cleared some
sessions out, but either way /var/lib/gdm/.config is empty - no folders
and no files (not even hidden). And just to be sure, I
checked /opt/ltsp/i386/var/lib and (the thin client environment) and
there wasn't even a /gdm folder - which I assume is normal.

I looked through the messages log from today's boot and there don't seem
to be any warnings...except this:
