No problem, I wasn't objecting to publishing it, just pointing out
it wasn't really a by-laws change.
We should count the number of people objecting the change. I think
it's 5 or 6 so far. I don't know precisely the membership size, probably
around 350 that would mean 18 person asking for a vote to force it,
maybe someone from the election comitee has the numbers.
