It's sort of under the freedesktop.org umbrella, so I guess I'm the
project leader. My thought is to wait until GTK 2.0 is out with an
implementation; KDE 2.0 already has an implementation of a near-final
draft, as does Sawfish. Then I'll feel pretty confident that it's
done. I don't see any hurry to label it done, since it isn't really in
use yet.
