Thanks for the reply Milan. 

Apologies for the multiple sends. I used
the wrong (an unregistered) send address yet it seems to have gone to
the list regardless.

Back to the issue:
- Google (gmail and calendar) at least once a day I am asked to
resubmit my username/password, and then the code (MFA) even though I
have set it to permenently allow this device. 
- O365 mail accounts (I have 3): same deal however there is an error
code: 50058
