At least in evolution after adding it automatically via the account
wizard when OAuth2 was selected it does not seem to be a CalDAV
calendar, type is gMail.


How does evolution figure out the names to display? And is there

function or API I can use to change that? Or maybe some hidden

on the google site where I may find that old name.

Do you have that old e-mail address associated with your gmail
account?

No, not anymore.

 
I know nothing about gmail specifically.

As the type of the calendar is gMail, my guess would be there must be
extra code here to get that working.
