OWA shows the archive structure but it looks like a separate mailbox.
ActiveSync cannot access those structures.
I do not see it here (older Exchange server
though, with disabled archiving on the server (I even do not know
where
to enable it, to be honest)).
Looks like needs at least Exchange 2013
