it's weird, because if you are an organizer and you change anything in 
the meeting, then you should be asked by the evolution whether you 
want to notify the participants or not.

it turns out that the option `Server sends invitations` was checked.
After unchecking it and creating a new meeting, Evolution correctly
asked me, if it should send out invitations. Unfortunately it used a
different account for sending than the selected account for the
organizer [1].
