I don't think that Evolution itself should change anything here.
Mailman 2.1.16 allows setting "FROM_IS_LIST=yes" to "replace the sender
with the list address to conform with policies like ADSP and DMARC".
mail.gnome.org runs 2.1.15.
My own neighborhood list has actually done this. Users find this
annoying, since there is no easy way to reply to the sender off line.
