On Yahoo i think the limit is still 8Mb and it takes ages to process anything anywhere near that limit. It doesn't make a difference if i use Evo or web-mail to view the email.

Hi,
evolution itself doesn't have any message size limit preset on sending,
that might be rather server rejecting it, or timeout, or whatever. You
are not providing enough information to tell you for sure, except of
"not evolution's fault on the first look".
