Seems like this should be a fairly easy fix...Here's the entry from the cache:

cat http___plecavalier\ mail plecavalier net_insight_rpc php_plecavalier_/calendar.ics |grep X-EVOLUTION-CALDAV-ETAG
X-EVOLUTION-CALDAV-ETAG:"393-1266520680"
