In other words, for as long as I remain in an open Evo session,
without closing the Evo program, whatever I have written as a path for
saving a message to a file will *persist*, so that the next time
I want to save a file, that same path will present in the "SAVE"
drop-down as the default so I don't have to type it in again.
Hi,
seems your version is quite ancient, as it had been fixed either here
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=271551
or somewhere in-between, as I tested now the composer's File->Save As is
remembering the last path to me. Even this is the git master here, I
believe it works much longer.
Actually, one option might still apply, maybe the windows version has
some trouble with it. I do not know, I use the Linux one.
Bye,
Milan
