You can get the sources from here:

Please note though, that the mentioned Development links aren't updated
yet. Latest Evolution (devel) is 2.1.3.2, so make sure to check the
download directories for latest versions.

FWIW, libgtkhtml-3.6 is at version 3.5.3 currently. :)
