Ok, then you have to expand the public folder hierarchy in the exchange
component and right click on a given folder and add it to your favorite
list. But, if you already see these folders under "Favorite folders",
right click on them and select "remove from favorites", and then go back
to the public folder hierarchy and mark them as favorites.
