[Evolution] GAL not working, Is it Exchange 2003?

My GAL was working up till a few days ago and no amount of changing the
hostname to ip/changing to another GAL server (which I take from
outlook) will get me into the addressbook.

I've done the E2K_Debug and the running of exchange-storage and all I
keep seeing is LDAP Authrization Failed. (and renew subscription failed,
at one point I saw kerberos errors as well.)

I'm not sure if this is because they upgraded from Exch 2000 to 2003?
This is what i see when I telnet to the smtp port. (on 2 diff servers)
