Have you carefully read the noted archive post? It should all be
mentioned in there.

At least, tell us your Distribution (including version) and the output
of the following command:

$ rpm -qa | grep spell | sort


recent versions packaged by Ximian to be installed. These packages are
on the Ximian FTP server and mirrors -- you can get them via Red-Carpet.

You will at least need aspell, aspell-$LANG and gnome-spell1 packages.
