Hello,
Nope, that's CTRL+Enter. Shift+Enter doesn't actually do anything -
well, the only thing it does is stopping Evolution from accepting the
"Enter"!
Is there any way I can fix this?
Well, Shift-Enter != Enter. Especially in Office programs, where that
combination has special meanings...
Hummm... at first, I thought: yes, he is right. But... you know what? I
would only agree if Shift+Enter *DID* something useful, rather than
nothing.
What if you were to write a list of letters, like this:
A
B
C
D
E
F
:-)
* What's the shortcut to get to the address book once I am in the
composer window
Hmm, AFAIK there is no shortcut for that. The To:, Cc: buttons even
aren't in the tab cycle.
I never missed that and still do not use the mouse
OK, you are right...
* How to get the "New mail" and the "reply" windows to be larger on my
screen (at the moment, I have to resize :-( ). I don's suppose you
could give me some hints...?
I never came across a solution for that, sorry. I suppose, compiling on
your own isn't an option? ;-)
Not right now... I think it's a pity that Evolution doesn't store the
windows' sizes from one session to the other. Am I the only person that
wants email with decent fonts?
Anyway, surely, there should be a way other than recompiling Evolution,
maybe playing with X resources? (I never fully understood how they work,
I may be taking nonsense...)
Bye!
Merc.
