1.4 doesn't use the config.xmldb files at all. we switched completely
over to gconf.
Dang! Why didn't anyone said that already? ;-)
Thanks Chris, for correcting me. Seems Calvin really was right. I have
to play around with GConf now.
Although I do not like things like that. Unix always had those great
text files for configuration, that does not depend on any software other
than the file-system and emacs...
Chris: You are aware, that the old config files still remain and don't
get deleted?
