        Port 143 without TLS. ('never')
        Port 143 with TLS or without it. ('upgrade if possible')
        Port 993 with SSL or port 143 with TLS or fail. ('always')

We probably want an option for:
 Port 993 w/SSL or port 143 with TLS or without. ('whenever possible')
