what? the RPM you installed does not contain that file?

this is agauin the same error. Wombat cannot be activated. Try to find
it (/usr/libexec/evolution/1.4/evolution-wombat and run it on a
terminal, to see what it says. And if it crashes, get a stack trace, as
previously explained.
